The prefabricated polyolefin tape coating system

The prefabricated polyolefin tape coating system shall have at least thress layers consisting of the following:

1. A liquid adhesive primer layer

2.An inner-layer tape for corrosion protection

3.An outer-layer tape for mechanical protection

The primer shall be liquid adhesive,the inner-layer tape and outer-layer tape shall be laminated polyethylene (low-density) ,backed self adhesive,rubberized,bitumastic compund tape, and made of prefabricated tapes in rolls.

The Inner tape and outer tape is butyl rubber tape. It consist of  two layers,butyl rubber adhesive layer and the special blend of stabilized polyethylene film backing layer.

Thickness shall be a minimum of 0.30 mm.

Adhesion to steel with primer:3.0 N/ mm
