Anti-corrosion inner wrapping tape for pipeline

 

Materials : polyolefin backing layer with a laminated butyl-based adhesive layer.

The backing and adhesive is made from materials that provide high electrical resistivity,resistance to corrosive environments, low moisture absorption and permeability and provice and effective bond to a primed steel surface.

XUNDA black polyolefin inner-layer tape will withstand , without tearing,the tensile force necessary to obtain a tightly wrapped inner coating free of voids. the black polyolefin inner layer tape is supplied in roll form wound on hollow cores with inside diameter of 75 mm at mostly. but if you like 38 mm, we can change to 38 mm hollow cores.

Application:

The Inner layer tape will be applied directly on to the primed pipe surface using mechanical constant=tension coating equipment.it will be spirally applied with nech down tension. when a new roll of tape is started, the ends will be overlapped at least 150 mm measured circumferentially.
